Booth Rental Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions

The exhibitor must fill out the official booth registration form and provide any required documentation.
Full payment (100%) of the booth fee is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment and official confirmation from the event organizer.

Each booth includes:
Defined area according to booking size (3×3m, 4×4m, etc.)
One display table, two chairs, company name sign, and basic lightingThe organizer reserves the right to adjust or reallocate booth placements if necessary for event logistics.

Booths must only be used for the approved purpose (sales, display, promotion).
It is prohibited to sell or display unlicensed or banned products.
The use of speakers or loud music is not allowed without prior written approval.

Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their booth clean, organized, and secure.
The organizer is not liable for any damages resulting from negligence or misuse.

Setup time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on July 10, 2025
Dismantling: After 11:00 PM on the final day (July 13, 2025)
Early departure without written approval is not permitted.

No cancellations or refunds are permitted after booking confirmation under any circumstance.

Distribution of flyers or promotional material outside the booth area is prohibited.
All exhibitors must respect the venue, guests, and staff.
Noise levels must be controlled, and disruptions to neighboring booths are not allowed
